You may have noticed that the attitudes of most sales and service companies today is, "How do we increase our bottom line profits, and how little will my company have to perform to earn this certain amount?"  You will find a new innovative idea about service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The point is that no one at our company had to brainstorm or invent this new innovative idea, because it is as old as the first business or organization started in the U.S.A.. This new innovative idea is very simple. "Give the customer the service they pay for", this is the promise that owners and officers has operated under from the first day they opened for business to the public.
